The Cup Draws are to be made at the Castle after the match on Monday the 5th December for all those that want to witness them.

FEES To Be Paid!

All League Fees And Players Fees As Well As Signing On Sheets MUST be Handed To Graham At The Castle Straight After Mondays Match On The 7th November OR Beforehand!

New Seasons Fixtures

Sorry for the mix up lads. We are back to the first draw with 16 teams except that the Lea Hall have been changed for the Swan. With a lot of luck many of you won't even have realised that they changed to 18 because they changed back so fast!

Libbys Bells Move

Libbys Bells have now moved, for the rest of the season, to Pot Black in the town which is the old Rileys Snooker Hall.

Hope And Anchor

The Hope And Anchor team will finish the rest of the season playing from the Mossley. One or two matches may have to be reversed to accomodate both Mossley teams.

Moderation Closed

Glynn has advised me that the Moderation is now closed again and they are playing the rest of the league from the Vine again.

Finance Meeting

Reminder to all Captains.
It's the Finance Meeting on the 20th December and all teams must have paid at least half of their League Fees by then!

PLEASE NOTE

Graham's firework display will be on Friday this year and not the usual Sunday.


Can ALL Captains bring in signing on sheets and players registration fees to Graham by the 10th Game or risk a points deduction. That is this coming Monday 8/11/10.

New Fixtures 2100 - 2011

Those that had a sneak preview of the New Fixtures at the Presentation – Please Note they have been changed and there is still some doubt over Team Names as yet. The 20th December has been set as a Finance Meeting and is also to be used to catch up any cancelled games before the Half way Point at Xmas so that the Shadow League can start clearly defined in the New Year. The KO’s have been rearranged from last year so that players will not have long breaks without matches except for the 3rd January for those who want to miss the Dave Rowlands because they still have a Hang Over! Presentation Night and the A.G.M. have been swapped around so that moneys paid out/collected/owing can be clearly defined at the following A.G.M.

The ....... A.G.M. will be held on Monday, next week, the ....... 26th JULY at the Castle at 8pm.

Pesentation Night + Prize KO's

Presentation night has been confirmed as 9th August at the Mansefield with more details to follow.
Several PRIZE/Promotional Knock Outs at The Castle, Ravenhill Com Centre, The Pear Tree Club and other venues (to be arranged,) are going to be held over the coming months. More details will be posted on the main web-site A.S.A.P.

The reason for this is simply that the darts league sites and also my own are now starting to get paying adverts which are against the rules for Tiscali free sites. sadly to say that the red lion team has folded due to loss of some players.i am at the moment trying to get another team in to replace them.i have been in touch with the chairman, we have sorted a way of gettting a team in at this late stage,we will keep you all informed. thanks to all at the red lion for your past support.........

meeting

a meeting was held at the globe mon night , reguarding libbys bandits v globe .the outcome was the result is to be a 4 v 4 draw. this matter is now closed,if anything like this was to happen again it would be looked at in a very diffrent light.all get on with playing darts and enjoy.

change of dates:
it has come to my attention that i did not include 3rd august in the fixtures, so to try and please everybody i have had a few discussions and made some changes, hopefully they suit peoples requests

10th august: finals night
17th august: champs cup
24th august: A.G.M

presentation night will be held on Saturday 12th September at the pear tree club and will start at 8.00pm followed by a dico/soul night with DJ Vic Sutton

guests will be welcome but will be charged £2.00 per ticket to help pay for the evening. hopefully it will be a good night, not only for darters but also for their partners.
